Wasn't planning on staying more than a night, but things happen, it was a pleasant place
Room was freshly painted Floors were clean. No odor in room or lobby. Apparently a lot of renovations since my last visit. Pleasantly surprised. You get what you pay for. Want exotic towels, go to the Marriott. Breakfast continental and great selection. It's a nice 3 star hotel. Staff extremely friendly.
I had a great stay at Quality Inn Ruston. It’s close to downtown, which was really convenient. The staff were very friendly and made my stay enjoyable. The room, a single bedroom with a couch, was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The free breakfast was excellent, and I loved it! I highly recommend this place.
Stayed here for the World Series tournament. Great location off of a service road. The rooms were clean and tidy. AC was nice and cold. The shower had good water pressure. The complementary breakfast was awesome. The waffle maker was my favorite! They offer laundry services for $15 a load so I don’t have to sit at a laundry mat. The kids loved loved loved the pool. The staff were always helpful. I would definitely stay again.

Housekeeping did a fantastic job, and every team member went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. Their hospitality truly made a difference. Highly recommend and will definitely return!
This was an amazing experience during difficult and stressful times. They showed us great hospitality. They didn't price gouge during the ice storm like most hotels around the area! That says a lot about the type of business they run. Most definitely recommend!!
This hotel is very convenient for all people, because it is not expensive and the main owner of this establishment is a very good and well-mannered woman, so I recommend you to relax in this place.
Mrs. Khatri, the owner, was absolutely excellent. She sets the standard and clearly leads by example. Her attention to detail was outstanding, and whenever anything was addressed, it was handled promptly and professionally. The staff was knowledgeable and attentive, and we truly felt well taken care of throughout our stay. Breakfast was perfect — even when I arrived near the end of service, they kindly brought me extra eggs. That level of care truly stood out
